OBJECTIVE


I am a "Professional Self" I'm clear of any work in Port of Brazil and anywhere in the globe, with the exception of countries in conflict, I am able to work in any Country where the Client recruit my services without any hesitation. Well, I have no problem with the language because I speak: Fluent English, Intermediate Spanish and Russian basics; already have been: North Africa: Tunisia and Cape Verde, and Moscow-RUSSIA: Athens, Patra, Corinth, Thessalonica, GREECE; I had my training in English Language "American Colony" in Salvador and lived with foreigners of all nationalities in the port of Salvador.

Shipping Clerk: Responsible for shipping product to customers by scheduling pick up appointments; entering computer data; verifying inventory.

Duties:

  1. Controls shipments by scheduling loads; verifying quantity and items.
  2. Documents inventory by recording shipments, adjustments, losses, and removal of items.
  3. Maintains inventory by reporting items to be re-ordered; preparing item aging report; recording inventory; imputing shipment/inventory data.
  4. Documents shipments by recording/identifying information of items and transporting information.
  5. Verifies entered customer account data by reviewing, correcting,
  6. deleting, or re-entering data; combining data from multiple systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
  7. Stores information by preparing folders and labels for new customers; re-arranging materials for space allotment; filing information in designated areas.
  8. Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  9. Fills protective clothing requests by issuing/delivering items.
  10. Pays shipping room employees by distributing paychecks.
  11. Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.


Operations Clerk: Responsible for visit the Maple with Port Authorities, for good in berthing the ship, beginning of the operation and care coordination of operational freight and supply vessel.

 

Duties:

 

  1. Subscribe to the Ship Schedule,
  2. Coordinate customs documentation,
  3. Check the clearance of cargo,
  4. Check the order of the ship in the Port,
  5. Check and change the cargo manifest,
  6. Check and change the Loading Plan,
  7. The Mooring Program in Terminal
  8. Order the Services to be rendered,
  9. Port Authority Report on the arrival of the ship,
  10. The Pilot Program;
  11. Visit Check-in: checking documents | reach operational items | check the quantities of supply: DO, FO, LUB and FW;
  12. Reception and Presentation "Tender of Readiness ";
  13. Make the necessary communications with the Owner, and the Agent of the last and next Port,
  14. Issue the Statement of Facts,
  15. Watching the evolution of Operation: Loading, unloading and/or transhipment; Watching crew: Medical, Dental, Hotel , Travel, Immigration;

LTL/TL Shipping Clerk: Must be oriented individual to come in and be an effective and efficient shipping clerk with Full loads and Less than full loads. .

Duties:

 

  1. Maintain Inventory Levels for area shipping supplies
  2. Prepare product (labeling/packaging) for shipping using company and/or customer specifications
  3. Ship products using computerized system
  4. Coordinate common carriers for products logistics
  5. Load shipments and assures shipping documents are complete and accurate
  6. Maintain computerized LTL/TL documents
  7. Assist Service Parts / Kit Shipping as needed
  8. Assist Shipping Supervisor as needed

Shipping and Receiving Clerk: Responsible for work with the Warehouse Technician to ensure timely processing of spare part orders through creation of shipping documents.  Provide superior customer service through quick resolution of customer inquiries.

Duties:
  1. Order processing: Create necessary documentation in SAP B1 system to close order and relieve inventory | Maintains order follow up | spreadsheet in Excel
  2. Shipping: Prepare shipping documents for domestic and international shipping | Coordinate shipments that are direct to Client from local vendors | Assist in handling internal shipments | Prepare the necessary paperwork for International Shipping of goods in and between the US, Mexico, Canada and other countries as required. | Communicate with Customs brokers, and local Customs agents to coordinate shipping of goods | Arrange carriers to pick up on a daily basis as needed
  3. Inventory: Assist in performing daily cycle counts | Assist in receiving material and maintaining warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion
  4. Warehouse: Assist in cleaning warehouse when necessary |       Operate forklift as necessary within the warehouse | Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned. I.E. Deliver related supply items to 1st and 2nd floor on an as needed basis, etc.
