Shift Work
My "turn-of-work" is: 12hr in
shifts: from: 05:01 to 17:00 and:
17:01 to 05:00 hr, as collective bargaining,
"Eighth clause, paragraph one";
Remuneration
My "remuneration"
is based as stated in the "Coletive Bargain of the Category": US$
4,500.00/month. The values
representing: - U.S. $ 12.50
/ hr - 2 Friday: 05:01
to 17:00 hr ... - U.S. $ 16,25 / hr - From: 17:01
to 05:00 hr} to Saturday:
12:00 pm - U.S. $ 18,75 / hr
- Saturday: 12:01 to 24:00 hr - U.S. $ 25,00 / hr -
Sunday: 00:01 to 24:00 hr
In promotional packages such as "Ticket 5up" for example,
shifts will have a unique value of $ 18,75/hr for 5 days. Tickets
can be renewed one time extended 1 more time and unforeseen problems:
natural and other strikes.

What is the advantage of having
a service provider with these differences?
The "contractor" does
not have to worry about: labor rights,
social-emcargos, pre-set
wages, benefits and other additions that make it difficult to budget and
honeram contunuar. The only charge
is 10% of the ISS.
What's good garanria-service?
A straightforward: the provider works
on the legislature and arbitration of the Customer Another indirect: that if the
